A unique Innovact concept, an effective tool to develop your best practices and to improve your strategy
In order to help our participants manage their schedules more easily and in order for them to be able to fully benefit from each of the services offered by Innovact, the Collège has programmed several sessions in different places. The first day of training and its 3 sessions shall take place on 11 December 2008 in Paris, followed by coaching sessions during the Innovact event, to be held on 24 March 2009 in Reims
Agenda 2008-2009
Thursday 11 December 2008 : Marketing/Sales, management and finance modules will be organised on Thursday 11 December 2008 in Paris (3 two-hour modules).
Tuesday 24 March 2009 : Coaching sessions will take place on Tuesday 24 March 2009 during the Innovact exhibition.
The exact schedule will be available as soon as possible.

The principle
Le Collège des Entrepreneurs® by Innovact® - self-assessment and experience-sharing event - Thursday 11 December 2008 in Paris
Le Collège des Entrepreneurs® by Innovact® relies on an original tool, the grid for evaluating skills and a training session for the use of this tool.
Training will take place during the Innovact exhibition in the form of 3 modules - sales/marketing, management and funding.
These modules last 2 hours each, and involve not only 2 or 3 experts but also a similar number of entrepreneurs who will comment on their experience, and illustrate the advice of the specialists.
In order to make this training even more efficient we recommend that participants prepare their own self-assessment before hand by downloading and filling in the available evaluation grids after having registered for Le Collège des Entrepreneurs® by Innovact®.
Coaching sessions
Schedule for priority improvement action - Tuesday 24 March 2009 in Reims
For those who would like to go further in terms of their self-assessment exercise (performed the day before) with the help of coaches who are experts in guiding Young Innovative Entrepreneurs, Innovact offers the possibility of registering for coaching sessions consistent with Le Collège des Entrepreneurs® by Innovact®.
These sessions consist of a personalized and private follow-up performed by an expert in the form of a preparation session one month before Innovact and a 1-hour working session during the event.
The aim of the coaching session is to compile the “road map” of the entrepreneur and to pinpoint the priority skills to be developed in order to accelerate the development of his business.
Candidates for the coaching sessions must submit their file. 15 candidates will be chosen by the experts on the basis of a set of predefined selection criteria. (100€ will be invoiced to the businesses which have applied and which have been selected.)

Do you wish to register?
Modules held on 11 December 2008:
2 CDE registration options are available:
* the all-inclusive option costs 500€ + tax per person offering access to both Innovact AND the collège, or
* the Collège des Entrepreneurs offer, at a cost of 300€ + tax per person, with 100€ + tax additionally payable for individual coaching sessions
In order to ensure the best quality training and interaction, there is a limited number of openings. We therefore advice participants to register as soon as possible!
Coaching sessions held on 24 March 2009:
Interested entrepreneurs may apply for the coaching sessions: only 15 entrepreneurs will be chosen to benefit from these sessions, based on the criteria defined by the coaches. Only selected candidates shall be invoiced 100€ + tax.
Selected candidates who are absent without providing prior notice within the period requested by the CGV shall be asked to pay the total sum.
In order to optimize the coaching sessions, we request that all candidates to these participate in all three CDE sessions on 11 December.
